This project is two-storey detached house situated in the northwest part of the property. The principle passageway of the building is from the west. The way to deal with the property is from the south, where the road is. The principal floor has 93.00 sq.m. where is found: passage corridor, lounge and lounge area; restroom; room; wardrobe and a staircase. The lounge and lounge area are opened onto a veranda field. The second floor has 85.05 sq.m. also, there is found: staircase that goes to three rooms; clothing and restroom for general use. This floor has additionally two porches.
